The Kindle reader is the most popular eBook reader available. It’s about the same size as just about any paperback book, but also much lighter. It gives you the ability to carry all of your most favorite books around with you, on just one 6 inch device. It also gives you the ability to choose from over 1 million titles so you never have to go back to a library. People become hesitant about the Kindle because they are afraid that like a computer or TV screen, ongoing reading could cause headaches. The Kindle actually comes with a screen that resembles the feel and look of an actual book, so there is no behind screen lighting. This makes for a very comfortable read, almost identical to reading a book. The Kindle truly disappears in your hands and gives you the same experience as a book.
The simple interface has both “next page” and “previous page” buttons, so you can easily guide through pages while reading. You can use the cursor in the middle of the Kindle to scroll up and down viewing your library of books. The layout of the kindle reader looks identical to this picture.
Use the menu button to trigger a list of options you can choose from for every page. This interface will allow you to easily use the Kindle reader. The Home button will always bring you back to your home screen (the first screen you see when you turn your Kindle Reader on.)
Don’t worry about losing your place in your book, this device automatically saves where you left off, so if your kindle’s battery dies you can easily pick up where you left of. The battery of the Kindle is very long lasting, if you read 30 minutes every day it will take 1 month for your kindle to run out of battery. To bookmark your page scroll to the top right-hand corner and press select, you will automatically place a bookmark for future use.
